Training is bespoke and in different areas. Early Years training would normally include: A presentation to practitioners explaining our rationale and working methodology. Sharing of case studies and visual documentation. Opportunities for practitioners to hear and see what our approach entails and ask questions. For Early Years - delivery into a number of Early Years settings, providing bespoke training in creative practical approaches to EYFS/child initiated learning (including private/voluntary sectors) Immersing practitioners in a series of deliberately provocative workshops modelling both child initiated and adult led practice. This would be followed by reflection, debate and discussion. We seek to allow practitioners to observe our practice in their settings modelling practice and behaviours. We support practitioners in their setting, trying out a range of provocations which are suitable and relevant for their working context.
