Arts Lab

Arts Lab is a series of CPD workshops/trainings designed to encourage:

A personal creative response and meaning making. A chance to work collaboratively as co creators to allow for passions, fears, doubts and ambitions to be realised and contextualised in a supportive environment.

Arts Lab will allow each practitioner to bring what is important to them in their work/life and within a particular place and season.

Our approach is multi disciplinary rigorous but relaxed! Participants can follow a connected process of moving, writing, talking, walking, singing, sounding, mark making and building; exploring material collectively and personally, and through constantly witnessing each other and the self.

Unfamiliar territory provides incredible insights, vast landscapes of connection and possibility can open up when we free ourselves from our “delivering and doing daily selves”.
